Willis Mechanical was founded in 2002 by Leticia and Grant Willis. They leveraged their skills and experience to form a new kind of mechanical contracting company. A company that puts customers first, treats employees well, and holds the highest standards for our work.
Integrity and customer service are the cornerstones of doing good business. They had that in spades, and began to grow.

I manage construction, renovation, and process piping projects from start to finish. I like golf and being with my family.

I am a construction project manager. If I'm not on a job site you can catch me on the links with my son, or living the good life with my wife.
Chris WillisService Manager
Chris manages the Service Department and is a fulltime single father of two wonderful boys. Chris spends his time with his children, and volunteering his time to help others.
Carla WillisSales Manager
Carla is the sales manager here at Willis Mechanical. She oversees all of the sales people and makes sure all our potential clients get taken care of.
My role is to help other organizations get to know us and find the projects and services that fit them best. If I'm not at work I am probably in the gym or a music festival.
Megan JamesService Coordinator
I'm normally the voice you hear when you call the office. I take care of scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and the behind the scenes logistics to get technicians to you. If I am not at work I am at my daughter's softball games cheering her on!
Wanda helps manage our accounting and payroll. She makes sure vendors and employees get paid on time. She loves to travel with her family and enjoys watching her grandchildren play baseball and softball.
Daniel AlligoodService Supervisor
I am the Service Supervisor. I make sure we are providing the highest quality products and service we can. When I'm not at work, I love spending time with my children.
Robin serves as the Comptroller here at WMI making sure that all the numbers are in order. She hates when receipts aren't turned in on time, and loves traveling.
Edwin TeagueWarehouse Manager and Logistics
Edwin's role is to maintain order and efficiency in our shop, expedite parts to our technicians in the field, and coordinate our heaviest logistical burdens. When he isn't at work you can catch him spending time with his wife and grandchildren.
