Through these memberships, the company stays abreast of leading-edge industry practices. Willis Mechanical also belongs to the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau.

Safety is our number-one priority. As a result, we are fully insured and have been certified by the State of Georgia as a drug-free company. In addition, our plumbers and pipe fitters must complete a rigorous five-year apprenticeship program to gain the experience necessary to complete a variety of projects on time and under budget and that meet our client’s expectations.

We are members of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC). Leticia Maspons Willis, President of the company, serves on the GHCC executive board, and also serves on the Gwinnett County Advisory Board of BB&T Bank. In 2004, Willis Mechanical received the prestigious GHCC Business of the Year Award. Also in that year, Leticia Maspons Willis graduated from the highly respected “Building a High Performing Business” Executive Training Program, Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.
