Boiler replacements and retrofits in occupied buildings

Aging cast-iron and fire-tube boilers can often be replaced with high-efficiency condensing or modular boilers, phased so the building keeps heat and hot water during the changeover. We plan the work around temporary heat, shutdown windows, piping and venting changes, and controls integration with your building automation. This is renovation and retrofit work. We don't do ground-up construction.
